Tornado Cash Earns Good Ratings Across All Four ETHBEAT CROPS Categories
Uniswap V2, Uniswap V3 and Safe each rated good in three categories, with privacy listed as fully transparent.

Tornado Cash is the only protocol in ETHBEAT’s first CROPS guide with a “good” rating in all four categories, while three other projects earned good marks in three.
Uniswap V2, Uniswap V3 and Safe each received good ratings in three categories. Their privacy ratings describe them as fully transparent. ETHBEAT announced the guide was live Thursday, Nov. 5, one day after rebranding from L2BEAT.
The guide rates Ethereum protocols on censorship resistance, open-source software, privacy and security. A single bad rating disqualifies a project. For censorship resistance, ETHBEAT considers whether users could still withdraw funds if developers, the website and all relayers became unavailable. The security rating is not an audit.
ETHBEAT attests each review onchain through the Ethereum Attestation Service, and wallets can retrieve the protocol list through the open API. Listed protocols can display a CROPS badge, and wallets can retrieve the list through the open API. Any protocol running on Ethereum mainnet can apply for review through ETHBEAT’s forum. The ratings add protocol-level detail to TokenPost’s earlier coverage of ETHBEAT’s CROPS effort.
