BlockShoals Technologies Inc. said Binance confirmed no personal information belonging to Philippine users was affected in the Oct. 29 security incident and that user funds were safe.

BlockShoals said Binance told it the exchange would cover all losses through its Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) and company funds.

BlockShoals said Binance had closed the attack entry points, rebuilt affected systems and revoked related credentials. The company said withdrawals have been resuming in phases since Nov. 1, while independent cybersecurity firms are being engaged to review the incident.

BlockShoals said it is working with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on possible implications for its Strategic Sandbox (StratBox) project. It urged the public to use Binance’s official channels for updates and stay alert to scams, including offers to recover funds.
