Binance Scheduled Nov. 5 ET Start for More Asset Withdrawals
The staged plan covered six networks and five named assets. Deposits were to remain available as more assets cleared security checks.

Binance planned to begin restoring withdrawals for additional assets at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 5 (04:00 UTC Nov. 6) in batches after a security incident, while keeping deposits available.
The schedule appeared in Binance’s ninth recovery update. Withdrawals were to resume in batches after security checks, so the start time did not mean every asset would become available at once. Availability could vary across the listed assets during the restoration.
The planned rollout covered BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon and Arbitrum. The named assets included USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP and CAKE. The update addressed withdrawal access, while deposits were to continue operating normally throughout the process.
Binance set the order using user demand over the week before the update and said additional assets would be added as conditions allowed. Some users could experience temporary delays or longer processing times as the staged restart proceeded. Binance advised customers whose withdrawals failed to try again later.
