Binance Announces Another Withdrawal Phase Across Nine Networks
The phase was scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 5, with withdrawals opening only after route-specific security and readiness checks.

Binance announced another phased release of asset withdrawals across nine networks, with the new stage scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. ET Thursday, Nov. 5 (04:00 UTC Friday), extending its recovery after a security incident.
The exchange’s ninth recovery notice named BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, MATIC, Arbitrum, AVAXC, TRX and Sui. It listed USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, Ether (ETH) and FDUSD among the assets included in the expansion.
Each asset and network must pass security and readiness checks before withdrawals become available. The notice ties access to those route-specific checks rather than setting one opening time for every listed route. Binance’s withdrawal page shows the status of each route.
Deposits remain available while withdrawal access expands. The announcement describes another step in a staged recovery, with additional assets being made available across the listed networks.
