XRP Ledger Amendment Targets Token Permission and AMM Operations
A zero-balance burn-only payment could trigger unauthorized issuance under certain conditions; the amendment also covers clawbacks, liquidity withdrawals and AMM auction bids.

The XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment targets delegated token permissions and automated market maker (AMM) operations, including a case that could allow unauthorized token issuance.
The issue involved an account permitted to burn tokens but not issue them. Under certain conditions, a zero-balance burn-only payment could trigger issuance the account was not authorized to make.
Other changes address token clawbacks and liquidity withdrawals. The amendment also includes changes to asset calculations in Single Asset Vaults and invalid bids in AMM auctions.
