Trump Reveals $57M in Crypto Income, Highlights Wealth Tied to Real Estate and Media

U.S. President Donald Trump disclosed $57.35 million in income from token sales through World Liberty Financial in his first public financial report since returning to office in January 2025. The filing also revealed he holds 15.75 billion governance tokens tied to the crypto venture.

Though the disclosure, signed June 13, didn’t specify a time period, references to 2024 suggest it likely reflects earnings only through the end of that year—excluding much of the recent revenue from his family's cryptocurrency ventures.

Trump’s updated financial report highlights the diversity of his wealth portfolio, spanning crypto assets, real estate, and media holdings. A significant portion of his paper wealth remains invested in Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, his social media platform.

Florida real estate continues to be a major revenue stream. Trump’s three golf resorts in the state—Jupiter, Doral, and West Palm Beach—along with his private club at Mar-a-Lago, generated at least $217.7 million in income, according to the filing.

Additionally, Trump reported $5 million in licensing income from a property development in Vietnam, underscoring his international business dealings.

This disclosure marks the first detailed look into Trump’s personal finances during his current term, offering insight into how digital assets like cryptocurrencies are playing a growing role in his wealth strategy.

While the White House has not commented on the report, the filing highlights the businessman’s expanding interests in blockchain and Web3 technologies alongside traditional real estate and media assets—signaling a continued push to diversify revenue streams while in office.
