Prediction markets give Anthropic slightly better-than-even odds of completing an initial public offering in November 2026, putting attention on the company’s confidential regulatory filing and private-market valuation.

The markets assign a 56% probability to a November IPO, with $277,000 in trading volume and $30,800 in liquidity. They place the probability of an IPO by Dec. 31, 2026, at 76%.

Those figures do not confirm that Anthropic will list. The company has not announced a November date, IPO size, share price or valuation.

On June 1, 2026, Anthropic privately provided the SEC with a draft Form S-1 registration statement. The filing gives the company the option to go public after the SEC completes its review.

“The proposed initial public offering will depend on market conditions and other factors,” Anthropic said.

A confidential draft Form S-1 is an initial regulatory step rather than confirmation of a completed offering. Any eventual listing would still depend on the SEC review and market conditions.

Anthropic raised $65 billion in Series H financing on May 28, 2026, at a post-money valuation of $965 billion. That valuation gives traders a reference point as they assess the company’s potential transition from private markets to a public listing.

The SEC review is the next concrete step for the confidential registration statement, while the timing and terms of any IPO remain unconfirmed.
