Kalshi withdrew its proposed Pepe (PEPE) perpetual futures contract before it became a live market, leaving the token off the exchange’s current list of crypto perpetuals.

The proposed contract, identified as PEPEPERP, was certified Sept. 29 and withdrawn Oct. 1. It was classified as a futures product.

Perpetual futures track an asset’s price and have no fixed expiration date. Kalshi’s crypto perpetuals extend its offerings beyond event contracts.

As of Oct. 6, Kalshi’s published list included perpetuals tied to 18 crypto assets and two metals. Dogecoin and Shiba Inu were listed; Pepe was not.
