Securitize Launches Tokenized Stock Trading Platform on Solana
The platform initially offers 12 securities tied to U.S. stocks, with transactions settling in USDC and access limited to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions.

Securitize launched a platform for trading tokenized U.S. equities on Solana, expanding its business into brokerage, trading, custody and settlement for eligible investors in the United States, European Union and other permitted jurisdictions.
Securitize Stocks launched Oct. 8, 2026, with 12 securities tied to shares of Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, the security listed as SPAC, Strategy and Palantir. The products trade through Securitize’s registered broker-dealer platform, with transactions settling in USDC.
Each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share and is designed to preserve applicable dividend, voting and other economic rights. Access remains subject to securities laws, onboarding requirements and jurisdictional restrictions.
“Tokenized stocks should give investors more than a price on a wrapper that tracks a stock and is only offered offshore,” Securitize Chairman and CEO Carlos Domingo said in the launch announcement.
The company plans to support additional trading venues being developed by the New York Stock Exchange and OKXICE, subject to launch and regulatory requirements. The expansion follows Securitize’s move beyond tokenization and related integration services into market infrastructure.
Securitize reported $5.3 billion in aggregate transaction volume for the second quarter ended June 30, up 147% from a year earlier. Average tokenized assets under management reached $4.3 billion, up 16%, while revenue fell 5% to $14.4 million. Net loss was $21.7 million.
During the quarter, Securitize’s broker-dealer received Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) approval to custody tokenized securities and support atomic settlement between tokenized securities and stablecoins.
The company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 2, 2026. The launch follows earlier coverage of Securitize’s record high after Cantor Fitzgerald began coverage of the company in September.
