Beyond Meat Introduces a Caffeinated Sparkling Protein Beverage

Beyond Meat introduced a sparkling protein beverage with caffeine on Oct. 15, entering the energy-drink market as the company broadens its product range beyond plant-based meat.

Called Beyond Immerse Protein + Energy, the drink combines plant protein, fiber, antioxidants and electrolytes with caffeine from coffee beans and guarana extract. It is available exclusively online in Cherry Berry.

The launch follows Beyond Meat’s earlier addition of protein-focused products to a lineup built around meat substitutes.
