JPMorgan Declares $0.2625 Quarterly Dividend for Series MM Shares

JPMorgan Chase & Co. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2625 per depositary share for its 4.20% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series MM, with payment scheduled for Dec. 1.

Holders of record Nov. 2 are eligible for the distribution. Nov. 2 is also the ex-dividend date. The shares trade under the ticker JPM.PR.M.
