AnchorWatch Launches Nevada Bitcoin Custody With $10,000 Monthly Fee Cap
The trust company bases fixed-dollar custody charges on vault size and offers optional insurance.

AnchorWatch Trust Company began offering qualified custody for Bitcoin (BTC) under its Nevada trust charter Monday, Oct. 19, giving institutions and wealthy clients a fixed-dollar fee schedule capped at $10,000 a month.
The company bases custody charges on vault size rather than a percentage of assets held. The $10,000 cap sets the maximum monthly custody fee under that schedule. AnchorWatch also offers optional insurance.
The service targets fiduciaries, public companies, trusts and high-net-worth individuals seeking a qualified custodian for their Bitcoin. Its fixed-dollar pricing gives those clients a stated ceiling on the recurring custody charge.
The launch adds a Nevada-chartered custody option for those clients. In a separate arrangement, Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust uses two custody providers: Coinbase Custody Trust Company and BNY.
