Gouverneur Bancorp Raises Semiannual Dividend 11.1% to $0.10

Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Gouverneur Savings and Loan Association, raised its semiannual cash dividend to $0.10 a share, an 11.1% increase from its May payment.

The $0.01 increase follows dividends of $0.09 a share paid in November 2025 and May 2026.

Gouverneur Bancorp announced the dividend Oct. 19. Shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 2 are eligible, with payment expected on or about Nov. 16.
