Securitize Tokenization Revenue Falls 12% Despite Higher Platform Volume
Average tokenized assets rose 16% to $4.26 billion in the second quarter, while aggregate transaction volume climbed 147% to $5.3 billion.

Securitize’s tokenization revenue fell 12% in the second quarter even as assets and transactions on its platform grew, showing that increased activity did not lift revenue from that business.
Tokenization revenue totaled $7.84 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, down from $8.87 million a year earlier. Total revenue fell 5% to $14.44 million from $15.26 million over the same period.
Average tokenized assets under management rose 16% to $4.26 billion from $3.67 billion. Aggregate transaction volume climbed 147% to $5.3 billion from $2.2 billion. The two measures track assets and activity on Securitize’s platform, while tokenization revenue reflects income from its related services.
The volume figure includes investments, redemptions, dividends and movements of assets between blockchains. It does not represent secondary-market trading alone. Subscriptions and redemptions in BUIDL and BUIDL-I drove much of the increase, along with a $250 million subscription to the Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund.
Fewer completed on-chain integrations were the main reason tokenization revenue declined. The drop continued a first-half trend: Revenue from that business was $18.97 million for the six months ended June 30, down 6% from a year earlier.
Securitize’s overall first-half revenue moved in the other direction, rising 16% to $33.91 million, helped by growth in asset servicing. That work includes transfer-agent and fund-administration services alongside the company’s tokenized securities business. Chief Financial Officer Francisco Flores described quarterly revenue as volatile “at this stage of Securitize’s growth.”
Securitize began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ on July 2. The company issues and services tokenized securities and has also expanded into tokenized stock trading on Solana.
