Fulton Financial Corporation forecast net interest income of $1.125 billion to $1.135 billion for 2026 as customer deposits rose and broker deposits and wholesale funding declined. Chairman, CEO and President Curtis Myers described the third quarter as “another period of strong performance for Fulton.”

Customer deposits increased by about $1 billion. The funding mix improved as broker deposits and wholesale funding fell. The company also raised the lower end of its net interest income and noninterest income guidance and reduced its projected loan-loss provision.

Loan growth was modest amid faster commercial real estate payoffs, particularly in multifamily, and competitive pressure. Loan originations rose 23% from the previous quarter, and management was optimistic about mid-single-digit loan growth.

Fulton repurchased $56.1 million in stock and maintained a 12.2% Common Equity Tier 1 ratio.
