Bloom Energy Raises 2026 Outlook After $1.24 Billion Q3 Revenue
Revenue rose 138.1% year over year, and non-GAAP diluted earnings were 94 cents per share.

Bloom Energy raised its 2026 outlook after third-quarter revenue climbed 138.1% year over year to $1,235.8 million, lifting its annual operating income and per-share earnings targets.
Bloom posted non-GAAP diluted earnings of 94 cents per share for the quarter. Revenue also exceeded the $1.065 billion Bloom recorded in the second quarter.
Its updated 2026 outlook calls for revenue of $4.4 billion to $4.6 billion, non-GAAP operating income of $960 million to $1.03 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.40. Bloom expects a non-GAAP gross margin of about 34%.
The new operating-income and earnings-per-share ranges are higher than the targets in Bloom’s earlier 2026 guidance, which called for $800 million to $900 million and $2.55 to $2.85, respectively.
