Orchid Island Capital, Inc. posted a GAAP loss of $0.90 per share for the third quarter of 2026, matching its earlier preliminary estimate for the quarter.

Net interest income totaled $59.1 million, or $0.30 per common share. Total expenses were $6.3 million, or $0.03 per common share. The company also recorded net realized and unrealized losses.

The preliminary third-quarter estimate included losses on mortgage-backed securities and derivatives.
