First Interstate BancSystem Posts $0.65 GAAP EPS as Revenue Tops Estimates

GAAP earnings per share came in $0.03 below estimates, while nonperforming assets fell to $155 million at Sept. 30.

First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. posted third-quarter GAAP earnings of $0.65 per share, missing estimates by $0.03, while revenue beat estimates despite slipping from a year earlier.

Revenue totaled $249.5 million, $1.57 million above estimates and 0.4% below the year-earlier quarter.

Nonperforming assets totaled $155 million at Sept. 30, a $10 million, or 6.1%, decline from the $165 million balance at June 30.
