Anthropic has established a long-term benefit trust and plans special Class T stock for directors, while projecting rising infrastructure expenses and commitments worth billions of dollars.

The stock is intended for Class T directors to hold. The planned share-class structure includes Class A, N, T, F and E.

Anthropic expects spending on computing and infrastructure to grow in dollar terms and remain its largest operating expense in the near term. A Broadcom lease carries about $161.2 billion in rent over its term, excluding interest. The company also plans to spend up to $114.5 billion with Google through 2033.

Anthropic's co-founders each pledged 80% of their personal equity holdings to charitable work. The company recorded $541 million in expenses tied to its donation-matching program for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Anthropic says it plans to direct substantial resources toward frontier AI safety and broad benefit to humanity. It also warns that advanced AI could pose catastrophic or existential risks without adequate regulation, and that risks may rise as AI systems automate research and development.
