The ceremony took place from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. ET (13:15 to 13:45 UTC). The company had scheduled the event for Oct. 26.
BNB Standard, listed on Nasdaq under ticker BNC, changed its name from CEA Industries Inc. on Sept. 29. It focuses on managing a corporate treasury of BNB.
