BNB Standard to Ring Nasdaq Opening Bell on Oct. 26 in New York
The company held 515,544 BNB valued at $302.3 million on July 31, when digital assets accounted for 93.1% of its total assets.

BNB Standard Corporation, a BNB-focused treasury company, will ring Nasdaq’s opening bell on Oct. 26 in New York to celebrate its name change and CEO Alex Odagiu’s appointment.
Formerly CEA Industries Inc., the company adopted its current name on Sept. 29 and kept its Nasdaq stock ticker, BNC. Odagiu had served as interim president before becoming CEO on Oct. 19.
BNB Standard held 515,544 BNB valued at $302.3 million as of July 31. Digital assets, primarily BNB, represented 93.1% of its total assets at that date. That concentration leaves its financial results exposed to changes in BNB’s value.
The company also plans to operate a validator on BNB Chain. It plans to select a specialist provider through a competitive process to run technical operations.
Odagiu is scheduled to attend the bell ceremony with board members and executives at Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square. A livestream is set to begin at 9:15 a.m. ET (13:15 UTC), ahead of the opening bell at 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC) on Oct. 26.
