Hyperscale Data, Inc. has engaged Newmark Group to identify lenders for long-term, non-dilutive debt to develop and expand its Michigan AI center, where its first compute phase is targeted to begin in December 2026.

The engagement was made by Alliance Cloud Services, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Hyperscale Data. The company said the financing would support the center’s development and expansion.

Hyperscale Data has set December 2026 as the target start for its first Michigan AI compute phase, when it expects revenue to begin.
