Sony Group opened a global incubation program Oct. 29 for creators and startups building entertainment products and services on Soneium, offering technical support and opportunities to collaborate with Sony companies.

The Sony Onchain Entertainment Incubation Program will provide selected projects with access to Soneium’s technical infrastructure. Support also includes business development, marketing, community operations and financing. The initiative is designed to help projects advance from technical validation toward commercial use.

Creators and startups worldwide can apply from October through December 2026. Projects must already be on Soneium or plan to launch there. Evaluation will consider the originality of each entertainment experience, use of intellectual property, community building, scalability and market competition. Screening is expected to continue through March 2027.

Two earlier incubation rounds have supported 43 projects from around the world since 2024. The new program adds to Soneium’s plans for entertainment rights tools and fan participation.
