The new rate is up from $0.10. Payment is scheduled for Dec. 4 to shareholders of record Nov. 20, which is also the ex-dividend date.

Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. (BOTJ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, 50% above its previous $0.10 rate, with payment set for Dec. 4.

Shareholders of record Nov. 20 qualify for the distribution. Nov. 20 is also the ex-dividend date.
