ServiceNow CFO Calls AI Disruption Narrative False, Urges Safeguards

ServiceNow President and CFO Gina Mastantuono said the view that artificial intelligence is disrupting enterprise software is false, while urging businesses to set safeguards as they deploy AI.

“Every business and industry needs a harness for AI,” Mastantuono said in an interview.

Her comments came after ServiceNow shares fell Thursday as quarterly results revived AI disruption concerns.
