圆币科技 plans to support RDUSD’s branding and wider use while exploring cross-border settlement models, including a bank-led proposal for Ghanaian businesses paying suppliers in Asia.

The company plans to jointly explore a bank-led settlement model with Stanbic Bank Ghana, supported by stablecoin technology. Its initial focus would be payments from Ghanaian businesses to suppliers in Asia. A previously covered Stanbic Bank Ghana and RD Technologies trade-payment plan also centered on stablecoin settlement for those payments.

圆币科技 also plans to jointly explore a separate cross-border settlement model with Transika, a Ghanaian digital-asset infrastructure provider. That model would incorporate local payment services.

RDUSD is planned for issuance by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., a federally chartered U.S. digital-asset bank. The stablecoin is designed to target a 1-to-1 peg with the U.S. dollar, undergo third-party audits and deploy on HSK Chain. Its design aims to meet the GENIUS Act.
