Securitize expanded its tokenized stock product on Nov. 2, adding 13 U.S.-listed companies and increasing the lineup to 25. The offering is available to eligible investors in the United States, the European Union and other permitted jurisdictions.

The additions include Arista Networks, GameStop, Exxon Mobil, Johnson & Johnson, The Walt Disney Company, Uber Technologies, Salesforce and Texas Instruments. The expansion builds on Securitize’s Solana-based tokenized stock product, which began with 12 stocks.

The tokens are issued on the Solana network and trades settle in USD Coin (USDC). Each token is backed one-to-one by its corresponding stock and represents a security entitlement tied to that share. Any applicable dividends and voting rights depend on the underlying share class.

Token holders are not registered shareholders unless they convert their entitlements. Conversion into actual shares recorded on a company’s register is available where the company adopts issuer-sponsored tokenization. The underlying companies have not sponsored or endorsed the tokens.

The product supports trading outside traditional market hours. Securitize plans to work toward 24/7 trading as availability and applicable requirements allow.
