NYSE Adds Four Transfer Agents to Planned Tokenized-Securities Network.
The firms would join Securitize and tZERO in a six-member network for issuer-sponsored tokenized securities. The planned NYSE platform has not launched.

The New York Stock Exchange added Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti and Superstate to its transfer-agent partner network for issuer-sponsored tokenized securities, expanding the network to six.
The firms named were Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti and Superstate. They would join Securitize and tZERO. Equiniti has agreed to be acquired by Bullish.
The NYSE announced its planned platform in January, but it has not launched. The exchange’s plan includes around-the-clock trading, instant settlement and stablecoin funding. Earlier work on the NYSE’s tokenized-securities plan included Securitize transfer-agent infrastructure and Broadridge voting and issuer services.
The trading venues tied to the NYSE platform are planned to open after regulatory approval. The initiative is separate from the TSV project involving OKX and ICE Markets, which is subject to an SEC innovation exemption.
