Docusign Acquires Suplari to Add Procurement Analytics to AI Platform

Docusign announced Tuesday that it had acquired Suplari, adding procurement and spending analytics to its Intelligent Agreement Management platform as the company expands beyond electronic signatures.

Suplari is an AI-powered procurement intelligence company. The acquisition will expand Docusign’s platform with analytics for procurement and spending. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Docusign introduced its Intelligent Agreement Management strategy in April 2024, extending its focus beyond electronic signatures to agreement creation, execution and post-signature management. Its AI tools can extract contract details and analyze them within the agreement platform.
