Bullish Names Aptos and Ethereum for Tokenized-Share Service
Bullish plans to offer issuers a choice of Solana, Aptos and Ethereum while keeping the official ownership record with transfer agents. It did not provide a launch schedule for Aptos or Ethereum.

Bullish on Nov. 3 named Aptos and Ethereum as network partners alongside Solana for its issuer-sponsored share tokenization service, expanding the planned network options for companies issuing shares on blockchains.
The service is intended to let issuers choose among the three networks while the transfer agent retains the official ownership record. Bullish did not provide a launch schedule for Aptos or Ethereum, identify outside issuers planning to use them or disclose Aptos-specific commercial terms.
“We want to ensure that the issuer tokens we create for our issuers are available on key blockchains for our investors,” said Thomas Cowan, Bullish’s head of tokenization.
The planned expansion builds on Bullish’s Solana activity. During the Oct. 27 NYSE demonstration, Farley and Kramer moved 61 million Bullish shares reserved for the Equiniti deal on Solana. The transfer, administered by Equiniti, took seconds.
Bullish tokenized its full equity cap table on Solana in May. In August, market participants began trading tokenized BLSH shares on Bullish Exchange, with trades settling against a U.S. dollar stablecoin. The exchange is regulated by Gibraltar’s Financial Services Commission. The shares are issuer-sponsored, with ownership recorded at the registry level.
Equiniti is also among four transfer agents added to the New York Stock Exchange’s planned tokenized-securities network. The NYSE’s project links the share-tokenization plans to established transfer agents, which maintain official share ownership records.
Bullish agreed in May 2026 to acquire Equiniti for $4.2 billion. The deal is expected to close in January 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
