The EPS range reflects different demand scenarios and possible outcomes for calendar 2027 agreements in Cabot’s Reinforcement Materials business. Those agreements remain under negotiation.
Cabot’s fiscal 2026 results included adjusted EPS of $6.42 and $43 million in Battery Materials earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), as detailed in its fiscal 2026 results.
