XTEND Completes Asia-Pacific Delivery of 88 Aerial Systems, 84 Ground Stations

The approximately $2.8 million contract is included in XTEND’s preliminary revenue estimate of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the first nine months of 2026.

XTEND AI Robotics Inc. (XTND) said its Asia-Pacific subsidiary completed an approximately $2.8 million defense contract in September, delivering 88 unmanned aerial systems and 84 ground control stations to an unnamed regional customer.

Performance Rotors Pte Ltd manufactured the equipment at facilities in XTEND’s regional XFAB network. The systems were supplied in portable field kits with encrypted communications and software-configured capabilities. The contract also included integrated logistics support. XTEND did not identify the customer or specify when the contract was originally awarded.

“We are pleased to have successfully completed delivery of this order. Meeting a defense customer’s requirements and quality processes is what matters, and our team in the region delivered on both,” said Aviv Shapira, XTEND co-founder and CEO.

XTEND included the contract in its preliminary, unaudited revenue estimate of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30. The estimate covers January through September, rather than the third quarter alone. The company’s earlier revenue estimate put AI Robotics revenue at $23 million to $24 million and Construction revenue at $1.5 million to $2.5 million.

The Construction estimate includes results from JFB, which XTEND acquired Sept. 3, through the end of the month. XTEND also estimated AI Robotics backlog at approximately $84 million as of Sept. 30. The preliminary figures remain subject to closing procedures and may change.

The September delivery is separate from orders XTEND announced in October: a $2.35 million Middle East defense order and a $40.5 million U.S. order for 6,000 STRIKER systems. The latter followed XTEND’s performance in the U.S. Drone Dominance Program; XTEND previously announced the $40.5 million STRIKER order for 6,000 systems.

XTEND expects to report full third-quarter results Nov. 16.
