Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT) reported record third-quarter revenue of $161.3 million, and management expects 2027 revenue to exceed $800 million. Advanced packaging accounted for about 80% of quarterly revenue.
The reported revenue was above Camtek’s earlier preliminary third-quarter estimate of $160 million to $161 million. CEO Rafi Amit described the quarter as a record, with operating income reaching $47.5 million. The operating margin was 29.5%, compared with 27% in the second quarter.
Camtek’s calendar 2029 revenue target is $1.2 billion.
