Bybit HNW Clients Earn Over 20% Returns in 2025 Amid Global Market Challenges

High-net-worth (HNW) clients of Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, achieved impressive investment returns of around 20% throughout 2025, despite a difficult global macroeconomic environment. According to Bybit’s latest Private Wealth Management (PWM) report, these gains highlight the growing demand among affluent investors for stable, diversified, and risk-managed crypto investment strategies.

Bybit revealed in a press release that its top-performing private fund generated an annual percentage return (APR) of 20.3%. This performance was largely driven by the exchange’s flagship high-yield USDT-based strategies, which focus on capital preservation and consistent income rather than speculative directional bets. The strong results underscore a broader trend in the cryptocurrency market, where high-net-worth investors are increasingly prioritizing structured products and alternative strategies that can perform well during periods of volatility.

The PWM report noted that 2025 presented several challenges, including prolonged central bank tightening, shifting regulatory landscapes across major jurisdictions, and uneven institutional adoption of digital assets. Despite these headwinds, Bybit PWM’s Delta Neutral Arbitrage Strategy stood out for its resilience. The strategy demonstrated strong counter-cyclical characteristics, delivering stable performance even during periods of severe market drawdowns, according to the report.

Looking ahead to 2026, Bybit analysts anticipate a potential improvement in overall market conditions. Expectations include better liquidity, increased institutional participation in crypto markets, and clearer regulatory frameworks in key regions.
