Prediction-market odds that PAPER’s fully diluted valuation would surpass $25 million one day after launch were about 52% on Oct. 23, down from 95% a week earlier.
PaperTrade dropped an earlier plan to allow PAPER transfers, leaving the token nontransferable. That limits access to secondary-market liquidity. A change to the token’s issuance model has also raised dilution concerns for early recipients.
