Binance received 39.8 million Tether USDt (USDT) from an unidentified wallet on Oct. 29, a single inbound transfer that does not establish the exchange’s net flows.

The transaction records USDT moving into Binance. Net flow over a period depends on the amount entering and leaving during that period, so one inbound transfer does not show whether Binance had more USDT enter or exit overall.

Binance received 38.2412 million USDT from an unidentified wallet in a similar single transfer on Oct. 19. That transaction also recorded an inflow without establishing the exchange’s net movement.

In a separate measure, Binance recorded a 44.219 million USDT net outflow during one hour on Oct. 27. More USDT left Binance than entered during that hour. The Oct. 29 transfer and Oct. 27 reading cover different dates and measure different things.
