Wallets Holding at Least 1 Million XRP Reach a 2026 High
The count added 28 wallets in 10 days, but the addresses do not reveal who controls them.

The count of wallets holding at least 1 million XRP rose to 2,147, its highest level in 2026, adding an on-chain measure as the token faced price weakness.
The count increased by 28 over 10 days, including 18 additions in the final three days of that period. The tally reached its highest level since December 2025. It tracks wallets above a balance threshold but does not identify their owners or establish that institutions hold them.
Crypto commentator X Finance Bull shared the figure in a Nov. 4 post and wrote, “Retail is panicking, but I suspect institutions are positioning.” The statement was the commentator’s view; the wallet count does not show who controls the addresses.
XRP large holders held about 3.90 billion XRP, with little change over a week as XRP traded at $1.40, as detailed in an earlier large-holder balance report. That aggregate balance and the count of wallets holding at least 1 million XRP measure different things.
