Robinhood Targets 2027 Middle East Launch After Dubai Regulatory Approval
The planned retail platform would offer trading and custody across 10 asset classes, including stocks, cryptocurrencies and exchange-traded funds.

Robinhood plans to bring its retail investing platform to the Middle East in 2027, with Dubai as its regional base, after receiving authorization to offer trading and custody services to individual investors.
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) authorized Robinhood to provide those services across 10 asset classes. The planned offering includes stocks, cryptocurrencies and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The authorization follows Robinhood’s selection of the Dubai International Financial Centre as its proposed Middle East and North Africa headquarters and its application for a UAE trading license.
