Nebius, Boeing and ServiceNow Oppose OKXICE Share Tokenization as Tally Hits 62
The objection count rose from 59 on Nov. 3, and 54 of the 62 companies on OKXICE’s original proposed roster have objected.

Nebius, Boeing and ServiceNow joined the opposition to OKXICE’s proposed tokenized trading of company shares on Nov. 5, bringing the overall number of objecting companies to 62.
That total rose from 59 on Nov. 3.
It counts companies opposing the plan, while OKXICE’s original proposed roster also contained 62 companies. Fifty-four companies from that roster have objected. Boeing and ServiceNow were on the original list; Nebius was not.
OKXICE is a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX that has proposed a blockchain-based stock market. Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, an OKXICE co-chair, called company objections “a very natural response” on Oct. 20. He said the venture expected some companies to wait and see before participating.
