Argentina Court to Review LIBRA Investors’ Challenge to Exclusion
Separately, PIA asked on Oct. 30 for the investigation to resume after the Oct. 23 dismissal involving President Javier Milei and 10 others.

An appellate chamber in Argentina voted 2-1 on Nov. 4 to review LIBRA token investors’ challenge to their exclusion from the criminal case involving President Javier Milei and 10 others.
The review concerns whether investors may participate as complainants. It will reconsider an earlier decision that barred them from taking that role.
An Argentine judge dismissed the criminal case on Oct. 23, ruling that the evidence did not establish fraud. The Oct. 23 dismissal of the case involved Milei and 10 others.
Separately, PIA challenged the dismissal on Oct. 30 and asked for the investigation to resume. PIA argued that the case ended before investigators finished tracing fund flows, examining phones and seeking international judicial assistance.
The investors’ challenge concerns their participation in the case. PIA’s request seeks renewed investigative work.
