STRK20 Shadow Accounts are now available on Opus, letting users borrow and manage positions without publicly connecting them to a primary wallet.

Each shadow account is a separate, user-controlled address on Starknet. It draws from a protected STRK20 balance, while the connection to the user’s main wallet remains private. The accounts support private borrowing.

The update builds on Starknet’s shadow accounts for separating DeFi positions from primary wallets.

That separation does not make the account’s blockchain activity private. Balances, transaction histories and holdings inside applications remain visible on-chain, even when the address is not publicly tied to a user’s main wallet.
