Kaspa KCC-20 Reaches Final Review as $0.19 Chart Level Stays Conditional
The proposed fungible-token rules remain in review, while the chart scenario depends on a rebound that has not been confirmed.

Kaspa’s KCC-20 fungible-token standard is in its Last Call stage, its final review, while a weekly chart scenario places $0.19 among potential levels if KAS rebounds from a descending channel.
The chart also marks $0.05, $0.075 and $0.13. Those levels are potential targets, not confirmed prices or a timetable. No rebound toward $0.19 is confirmed in this chart setup.
KCC-20 sets shared rules for token ownership and transfers using Kaspa covenants. The review has not finalized the standard or established how widely applications will use it.
Kaspa’s Toccata upgrade went live June 30, adding covenants and native zero-knowledge verification. By Oct. 8, available figures showed no measurable increase in application activity, transaction demand or fee revenue after the upgrade.
A September comparison of Kaspa network activity showed daily active users falling from 36,570 to about 7,910 during a period of KAS price strength. The next developments are completion of the KCC-20 review, evidence of application use and confirmation of any rebound in the weekly chart.
