X-Agent Tallies 680,285 x402 Payments in On-Chain Activity
Its Oct. 20 tally also lists 1,268,897 on-chain transactions, 39,649 Agentic Wallets and 233,188 AI Activity Syncs.

X-Agent counted 680,285 cumulative x402 payments as of Oct. 20, providing a snapshot of payment activity tied to its AI agent platform without showing how much money changed hands.
The same tally listed 1,268,897 on-chain transactions, 39,649 Agentic Wallets and 233,188 AI Activity Syncs. These are separate measures of activity; the wallet count does not establish how many people use the platform.
X-Agent is designed to connect AI agent tasks with wallets and on-chain payments. The x402 protocol lets software pay for access to online services as part of a web request. The payment count alone does not show the dollar value of those transactions.
A separate 35-day x402 sample across Base and Solana recorded about 6.4 million transactions totaling $119,900. Payments worth less than 1 cent made up 90.8% of that sample, showing why a transaction count alone cannot establish the economic scale of payment activity. That sample covers different activity from X-Agent’s tally.
