Kraken has launched a read-only ChatGPT integration for customer account questions, allowing users to review earnings and losses across different periods through a feature limited to viewing account information.
Customers can ask about earnings for a day or losses over a month. The integration is designed for reviewing account performance through ChatGPT.
A related tool, TRES AI Connect for crypto accounting teams, connects TRES accounts with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants compatible with the Model Context Protocol, a standard for connecting assistants to external tools and data. It supports reviews of historical balances and transactions, cost basis, reconciliation and wallet inventories, along with audit preparation. Kraken’s integration serves exchange customers, while TRES AI Connect is aimed at digital-asset finance teams.
