Predict.fun will reimburse affected users for their direct losses after unauthorized transfers totaling about 400,000 Tether (USDT), the prediction market said Tuesday, Oct. 27.

The platform said a small number of users were affected. Its preliminary investigation points to a possible compromise of an API documentation site hosted by a third-party provider.

Predict.fun took the documentation site offline as a precaution while the investigation continues. It plans to publish a full review of the incident and prevention measures after the investigation is complete.
