SecondFi plans to send additional Midnight (NIGHT) to affected users after some stolen tokens recorded in a security-incident snapshot were not fully included in their recoverable balances.

The affected tokens were held in SecondFi or Yoroi wallets when the incident occurred and were later stolen. SecondFi plans to send the missing amounts to new wallet addresses selected by users and update recoverable balances on Oct. 28.

Users who have already submitted a recovery request do not need to apply again. Other affected users may use the regular process, and no separate claim is needed for the additional tokens. The adjustment does not cover NIGHT held in airdrops or decentralized finance positions.

SecondFi’s recovery tool previously transferred 22 million NIGHT to destination addresses through recovery requests.
