Quake AI CFO Mike Massey and acting CEO John Hoffman described a cloud strategy built on the expectation that agents will become its main users through infrastructure they can access directly. The software would browse the web and complete transactions on users’ behalf.

Rumble Inc. completed its acquisition of an approximately 85.2% stake in Northern Data AG, a German data center operator, on June 17, 2026. The parent later took the name RUM Group, which holds the Rumble video platform and Quake AI, the cloud business formerly known as Northern Data.

Quake AI operates about 22,000 NVIDIA H100 and H200 GPUs at nine data centers in Europe and North America. In March 2026, the GPUs were running at about 85% utilization. A multiyear $270 million agreement with Together AI for dedicated GPU capacity was one contributor to that rate.

Quake AI’s partnership with Tether is aimed at supporting blockchain-based coordination among autonomous agents through a trust layer for services. The strategy adds an infrastructure example to a broader discussion of agents as future software users and deployers.

The company’s 2027 objective totals roughly 250 MW across energized or planned power capacity. More than 200 MW of that targeted amount had previously been unmonetized.
