Vitalik Buterin Is Listed as a Devcon 8 Speaker in Mumbai

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin is listed among speakers for Devcon 8, which is scheduled to run Nov. 3-6 in Mumbai and includes a Nov. 4 roundtable on a proposal to change Ether issuance.

The four-day conference will take place at the Jio World Centre. Its opening ceremony is scheduled for 11 p.m. ET Nov. 2 to 1:30 a.m. ET Nov. 3 (4-6:30 a.m. UTC Nov. 3).

The issuance roundtable is set for 3-3:55 a.m. ET Nov. 4 (8-8:55 a.m. UTC). It will bring together participants arguing for and against changing Ethereum’s issuance policy. More details are in the schedule for the issuance debate.

The conference will bring developers, researchers and community members together to discuss blockchain advances and challenges.
