Binance plans to publish a security audit report after revising access controls across its departments, 何一 said Nov. 4, responding to criticism of the exchange’s security and permission management.

The exchange reworked department permissions and security boundaries, updated devices and reset AI tools. 何一 said the changes follow zero-trust and least-privilege principles. The audit plan adds a next step to Binance’s security response.

She said Binance disclosed details of the security incident to build trust and offer the crypto industry a reference for addressing social-engineering attacks and risks around AI permission boundaries. She invited AI security specialists and technical staff to join Binance to help verify and improve its security system.

何一 also said Binance would take full responsibility for user-fund losses if a funding gap arose.
