Kalshi’s May Financing Valued the Company at $22 Billion
Kalshi announced a $1 billion Series F on May 7, while an Aug. 25 SEC filing listed a nearly $1.5 billion private offering.

Kalshi’s last confirmed financing valued the prediction-market operator at $22 billion in May, highlighting the company’s rapid growth in institutional trading.
Kalshi has not publicly announced another financing.
Kalshi announced a $1 billion Series F on May 7 at a $22 billion valuation, led by Coatue. The company said institutional trading volume had increased 800% over the prior six months, while annualized trading volume rose from $52 billion to $178 billion.
A Securities and Exchange Commission filing dated Aug. 25 listed a private offering totaling nearly $1.5 billion, with $1.12 billion sold and $379.99 million remaining. The filing did not disclose the offering’s valuation, purpose or investors.
Kalshi offers contracts tied to real-world events and said in May that it planned to expand among hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms and insurers.
